Think you have what it takes? Submit your sticker design to nihao@projectpengyou.org before midnight on Jan. 20th for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights.

Calling all up-and-coming designers!

Team Pengyou is currently seeking a fresh new design for our annual Chinese New Year sticker to kick off our Pay it Forward on Chinese New Year (PIFOCNY) campaign. These stickers will be distributed to our Chapters across the U.S. and shared with young children to inspire curiosity in China as well as cross-cultural learning and friendship. Check out our Year of the Rooster sticker from last year below:

Year of the Rooster Sticker

Here’s a few simple guidelines for the design contest:

  1. THEME: “Year of the Dog”
  2. LOGO: The Project Pengyou logo should be a main element of the design. Any additional images should not completely cover, distort or change the logo. (download our logo here).
  3. SIZE: The image should be 300 DPI or higher.
  4. SHAPE: Ideally a square or circle-shaped design – this will be printed as a sheet of stickers.
  5. CONTENT: The design should be appropriate for all ages, including young kids. Please include the date (2018) and our website (www.projectpengyou.org).

*The design should be an original creation of the individual who submits it. Submission of a design grants the Golden Bridges Foundation/Project Pengyou the right to use that design for any purpose.

Think you have what it takes? Let’s get creative!

Send your questions and submissions to nihao@projectpengyou.org (subject: Chinese New Year Sticker Contest) before midnight EST on January 20th! The winner will be chosen by Project Pengyou staff based on overall design and will be announced by January 24th. The winner will receive a gift-box of Pengyou goodies as well as public recognition on our blog and social media. Best of luck and Happy New Year!
