Join us Thursday, February 12, at 6pm at CSIS for a talk (in Chinese, of course!) by Shanghai Institute for International Studies scholar (and visiting fellow at CSIS) Lu Chuanying. Lu will be speaking on Competition and Cooperation: the Evolution of U.S.-China Cyber Strategy 竞争与合作:中美网络战略的演进. Lu is an expert on internet and cyber issues, and is a research fellow in SIIS’ Center for American Studies and Institute on Data Processing.
