Dr. Luan Jianzhang will provide an insight on the current foreign policy priorities of the Chinese leadership. As Deputy Director General of the International Department’s Research Office, he is a leading administration official responsible for the strategic planning of the CCP. What are the largest challenges ahead and how does the CCP intend to address them?
