Its primary product lines involve application-consulting services to students enrolled in U.S. boarding schools, as well as students in undergraduate and graduate programs.

ARGO Mentors is led by former Harvard Admissions Committee Member, Liang He, and is supported by a crew of US Ivy League Schools and Top 30-graduate Elite Mentors as well as bi-lingual and bi-cultural Parent Consultants. Together we provide one-stop and personalized services to Chinese students and parents, with a focus on academic improvement, soft skills development, activities planning, and application strategy. and financial quotients within a diversified learning environment, we help them grow to become a new generation that can create real change on the international stage.

Shunshun Introduction:

Shunshun is a subsidiary company of TAL Education Group, a NYSE listed company in the U.S., as which Shunshun gains strong financial support and strict financial and legal regulations. A. Responsibility and Duty:

• Working with consulting team to handle student cases
• Developing independent projects / resources
• Mentoring other mentor staffs and ensure their work quality
• Responsible for foreign mentor recruitment and management
• Providing systematic training for foreign mentors in terms of how to deliver consulting service for students.
• Working with the team to develop marketing channel and marketing strategy.
• Working with the team to work on improve customer satisfaction
• Conducting internal and external seminars
• Devising strategy, tracking students’ progress, and developing students’ activities and service involvement
• Holding meetings with students-parents and sending meeting notes
• Counseling on written portion of college applications

Position Requirements

B. Qualifications:
• Graduate of a top 20 US University/College
• At least 2 years of full-time experience as educational consultant + 1 year of senior position or management duty
• Planning and organizational skills
• Excellent English writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to communicate with parents and students
• Preference for applicants with
(1) training and public speaking skills
(2) experience in education, writing, editing, and admission counseling;
(2) knowledge of U.S. higher education system/standardized testing
(3) knowledge of Chinese public and/or private school system

C. Vacation. Elite Mentor shall be entitled to 21 days annual leave with pay for the first year of employment. The annual leave of Elite Mentor for the year in which he/she joins the Company shall be pro-rated. Any vacation used during the contract term may not be used during subsequent period. Elite Mentor should take all the vacation before September 1st to follow application cycle. Between September 1st and January 15th unavoidable breaks should not be longer than 3 days.

D. Insurance and Work Visa. Company shall transact social insurance and pay them for Elite Mentor. Company shall withhold the social security contribution legally undertook by Elite Mentor when paying the remuneration every month.

E. Compensations.
ARGO offers you a guaranteed gross amount (BD & Sales incentive bonus and professional development cost are not included here) as annual income, as the detailed sheet above; description including;
! Monthly Base Salary
! Housing subsidies

! Student Commission
! Yearend Bonus
! ARGO BD and Sales incentive (incl. University LAC Award):
! Professional development: ARGO will provide professional development training for EM, (Internal team building and functional training, for example company culture and SOPs) and extra charging professional training opportunities from third partner that the company needs to pay for. Company will provide the tracking system of identifying the charging training and the payment amount every year.
! Annual Income: 450,000-550,000RMB depending on projects and student cases.
