Job Description
New Oasis International is looking for an energetic, self-motivated professional to serve as an Admissions Coordinator. This position is responsible for the enrollment process of all incoming students. This is an entry level position for an international education agency that places international high school students in private high schools.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct student interviews with prospective students
- Maintain accurate tracking of all students’ application progress
- Manage all pre and post admissions paperwork for schools and the homestay program
- Assist with new student orientation tasks
- Maintain communication and positive relationship with admission teams at our partner schools
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in an education, admissions or international field.
- Previous international experience working or studying abroad. Experience within East Asia is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
