As a Client Support Analyst, you will become an expert on media intelligence and a whole range of industries/companies you didn’t even know existed! You will work alongside the Client Success team in our Sydney and Melbourne offices, providing client support on Meltwater’s products/services while ensuring complete customer happiness. This is a chance to gain invaluable deep product knowledge, deal with different types of clients and get a great understanding of Australian media landscape and media intelligence in general.

This role is flexible in terms of working hours: can be full time, part time or on an internship basis – ideal for overseas students looking to get work experience in China!

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of support for Australian client questions, issues and troubleshooting.

  • Work closely with Account Managers to provide support for various client projects across Meltwaters’ proprietary software platforms.

  • Act as product expert on our SaaS platforms: New Meltwater (full service PR suite monitoring digital media & metrics, combined with media outreach), Meltwater Engage (social media + social CRM)

  • Use Boolean Logic searches and basic analytics, set-up new users, update client cards, etc.

  • Analyze data streams from multiple media channels to measure the impact of clients’ brand marketing, public relations and social media outreach campaigns.

About You:

  • University student or recent university degree with great results

  • High desire to learn about digital technology/innovation and communications strategy

  • Keen interest in news, current affairs and social media influence

  • Ability to scan content quickly to look for key insight

  • Native level English is required

  • You deliver and exceed expectations
