Sanli Shang International (SSI) is an independent, co-educational, after-school learning center that provides private Chinese families with U.S. Common Core standards-based curriculum (USCCC), intensive test prep, and independent advisory throughout the child’s development. Targeting students aged between 3-18, we offer an academically rigorous, balanced and engaging learning environment both domestic and abroad. In addition, our consultants develop courses according to their own style, working with Sanli Shang management to ensure a fit with our standards. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Teach a variety of courses ranging from 1 – 6 students for ages 8 – 18
2. Research and development of curriculum and course content

Compensation Package
1. Starting net salary range of 17,000 – 22,000 RMB before tax pending qualifications
2. Flexible full-time schedule, but must work on weekends during regular school year. Summer and winter breaks are generally reversed schedule.
3. Paid National Holidays
4. 15 Paid Vacation Days per year
5. Z-Visa Sponsorship
6. Health Insurance (Ping An Health Insurance Company of China, Mainland China Only)
7. Annual bonus based on performance and company profitability

Position Requirements

1. Native English speaker (although outstanding candidates without this qualification will be considered)
2. Proven expertise and teaching experience
3. At least 2+ years teaching/tutoring
4. Graduates of top-tier universities have a distinct advantage
5. Experience working with ESL / Chinese students a plus
