Accountabilities:

1. Be part of JCDecaux Airport Beijing Sales team and take charge of dedicated advertisers and industries. Optimize existing account’s OOH campaigns and develop new clients through new and existing contacts;
2. Become an expert in Airport advertising, the high-end media in the outdoor advertising business, in order to achieve high-amount contracts;
3. Manage sales orders and processes by coordinating with customers, acknowledge and understand customer requirements and expedite the process with internal departments such as Customer Service and Operations;
4. Develop tailor-made media proposals hand in hand with media agencies and advertisers to enhance TOP brands recognition in China.

Capabilities:

• Must be a self starter and extremely motivated to perform;
• Possess sophistication and poise to work with high level contacts;
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and good writing skills;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Degree in Business, Marketing is a plus but not a must;
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales;
• Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese.

4. 为代理公司及客户量身定制最优媒体投放方案,提升德高集团在大中华区的顶级品牌形象。

任职资格:

1. 具备自我激励能力以及锲而不舍的工作态度;
2. 具备与高层次客户交流沟通的能力与技巧;
3. 具备出色的客户服务意识与能力及优秀的写作技巧;
4. 具备出众的组织协调能力以及解决问题的能力;
5. 大学本科以上学历,商务、市场类专业优先;
6. 具备至少 3-5 年销售经验;
7. 具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
