Professional Skills and Experience:
專業技能以及相關經驗要求:
3 to 5 years of international transactional experience as paralegal or researcher at a law firm, consulting company or in-house position in a legal department
具有三到五年在律師事務所、諮詢顧問公司或大型公司法務部門擔任跨國交易案件之法務助理或研究員的經驗
Undergraduate degree in law, accounting or business is a must. Masters degree preferred.
法律、會計或商業相關學士畢業，碩士畢業尤佳
In addition to experience representing international clients in cross border corporate matters, experience leading transactions in other areas such as corporate finance and structuring matters, fair trade, venture capital/private equity matters, commercial contracts, M&A, IP licensing, real estate, banking, tax and international joint ventures will be highly valued
具有代表國際客戶處理企業跨境事務的經驗；若同時具備引導其他方面的交易的經驗則更佳，例如：企業財務與結構問題、公平交易、風險資本/私募股權、商務合約、併購、智慧財產權授權、房地產相關、銀行業務、稅務、國際合資企業等之經驗尤佳
China transactional experience preferred but not required
最好具有在中國大陸處理事務的經驗，但非硬性要求
