Job Description
The Research and Development Officer plays an essential role in supporting the International R&D Department goals and development of educational content for children 6 years and below. The R&D Officer typically serves as member of the International R&D Team and is considered a professional level position within the organization. As such, the Research and Development Officer provides functional, technical, and/or process support. The Research and Development Officer generally is responsible for creating educational curricula and products as instructed by the International R&D Management as well as performing translation work, research in education, business development related capacities, design work, and special projects. As the job tasks vary based on evolving organization goals, the R&D Officer adapts to new project tasks as instructed by the International R&D Management.
