Today, Project Pengyou visited the office of Eggplant Digital to learn from its founder and CEO, Alex Dodkin. Eggplant Digital is a professional web design company, based here in Beijing, which specializes in building fully customized innovative websites for small to medium sized companies in China.

We met with Eggplant to learn from their experiences on how we can improve Project Pengyou work processes and build up our own capacity. We were all very impressed by Eggplant’s streamlined organizational flow and project management processes that they have built up over the years. We learned a lot from Alex and Eggplant’s experience and got us thinking of some new ideas and tools that we can take back to Project Pengyou. They even recommended a great coffee machine for the office!

We are fortunate to be connected with successful entrepreneurs and start-ups like Alex and Eggplant Digital in Beijing that are willing to share their experiences and expertise with organizations like us.
