On April 24, 2012, in honor of the third U.S.-China Consultation on People-to-People Exchange and the 100,000 Strong Initiative, Mrs. Mona Locke, wife of Ambassador Gary Locke, came to the Project Pengyou courtyard and talked with Chief Pengyou Holly Chang about her family’s journey from China to America and back to China.
