Zongzi is a kind of food eaten on the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional festival in China. People eat zongzi on that day in commemoration of the famous Chinese poet Quyuan. There are different types of fillings available when making zongzi, including red bean, meat, eight-treasure, ham, yolk, etc.
Making zongzi can be fun. You will have an insight of Chinese traditional festivals, and also have the chance to know more about how to prepare traditional Chinese food.
