Dr. Hanns Günther Hilpert is Head of the Asia Research Division at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP Berlin). His research focuses on trade relations between Europe and East Asia. He will speak about the founding of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and address the implications for Germany and Europe. There will be a brief introduction followed by Q&A.
