Event Details
One of the most watched and unpredictable presidential campaigns in recent history will, regardless of outcome, have a significant impact on the future of U.S.-China relations. In light of China’s rejection of the international arbitration panel’s ruling on the South China Sea dispute in favor of the Philippines, and the U.S. backing the Philippines, what does it mean for the relationship of the two countries? What effect will North Korea’s nuclear tests have on its ally China, and what will be the repercussions on the U.S.-China relationship?
Please join us to discuss these and other pertinent questions that will have direct bearing on the ties between the two countries.
