Overview

Job Description

Responsibility
We will need you to develop a Chinese Millennial Travellers report on consumer insights and their travel behavior and exploration on how to reach out to them and convert them. What is the channels, strategy and ideas.

Other Daily Routines
Support marketing strategy, including consumer insights
Support execution & amplification plan across different content and touch points on campaign level
Engage in regular routines across functions and external partners for all integrated marketing projects to understand how we communicate internally and externally

Requirements
You are passionate about all things of Airbnb
You think and act like an entrepreneur. You are scrappy and goal driven
Fluent (professional) written and oral Mandarin and English
You have great people and collaboration skills
You are detailed-oriented and multi-tasking
You are self-disciplined
You are in touch with the latest local trends around travel, new media, lifestyle and culture; tech savvy will be a plus
