Customer Services Executive
Location:
- Hong Kong
Job Duties:
- Procure all payment issue in a timely manner
- Process and handle the daily email enquiries within service level
- Prepare reports and updates on regular basis
- Handle Ad-hoc project
- Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
- Support and service 6waves customer needs
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- With 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
- Enjoy playing mobile/social/online games
- Strong understanding of Internet technologies Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
