Customer Services Executive

Location:

  • Hong Kong

Job Duties:

  • Procure all payment issue in a timely manner
  • Process and handle the daily email enquiries within service level
  • Prepare reports and updates on regular basis
  • Handle Ad-hoc project
  • Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
  • Support and service 6waves customer needs

 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • With 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
  • Enjoy playing mobile/social/online games
  • Strong understanding of Internet technologies Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
