Job Description
Evoke is seeking an Accountant to support in the development of a fast growing manufacturer. Reporting to the CFO, the Accountant with directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects related to expense reporting, account reconciliation, revenue processing, along with balance sheet and income statement development. In addition to this he/she will support in the Financing aspects and investor relations. This role is designed to be practical, where individuals can exercise their knowledge of financial processes and the development of financial statements.
The Accountant will;
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Completing monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory reporting requirements within PRC guidelines
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ year’s experience in Accounting operations, preferably in the automotive industry
• Qualifications in Accounting. Considerations will also be made for those with a strong focus in Finance, Business or Economics, for individuals that possess understanding in financial statements and reporting requirements.
• An interest and aptitude to work in a fast-passed green technology business
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;
• Native Mandarin, English abilities;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications;
