Job Description
We have a unique opportunity for those interested in more-than-just-teaching, more than editing college application essays: real mentorship with a real impact. We’re seeking extremely bright and motivated individuals eager to mentor smart Chinese students. We are also looking for proactive, creative people who want to play a major role growing our organization through active collaboration with management in dreaming up and then implement different group initiatives. One or two-year positions available, with preference given to two-year commitments.
Specific responsibilities and opportunities will include:

Mentoring Chinese students looking to study in the US, including:
o Coaching Western skills like networking, extracurricular development, as well as career advisory
o Teaching leadership development, soft skills, etc. – all the things that makes Western-style education coveted around the world

Guiding Chinese students in their higher education planning and application completion

Assisting the company with sales and marketing initiatives and activities, including giving speeches and running workshops across China

Gaining experience in market analysis, project development, process implementation, and business management. Past consultants have designed new service packages now used across all offices in China, developed curricula for our academic offerings, and spearheaded social media marketing across Chinese media platforms

Teaching 2-3 classes on American culture and college preparation per month
Qualifications:

A degree from an elite university

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Genuine desire to work with students to help them achieve their goals
