Bespoke Beijing is looking for a super organized and fun individual to take on the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate should be a native Chinese speaker with the ability to speak, read and write a good level of English, will ideally have at least one year’s experience in supplier and/or office administration (though graduates will also be accepted), and be willing to work in a fun, fast growing company.

Salary: 6,000RMB+/month dependent on experience level
Office Location: Beixinqiao, Dongcheng district
Vacation allowance: Chinese National Holidays + 15 days per year
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer queries by phone, email and general correspondence
- Setting up office management systems and procedures as required
- Assisting the CEO and Operations Manager with WFOE-related work
- Staff/HR management and payments
- Manage procurement of office stationary, equipment, supplies and furniture
- Invoice clients and suppliers and manage accounts payable
- Personal administration duties for senior management
- Negotiating with hotels and preferred partners on contracts
- Contributing ideas to the travel and events teams and the running of the company as a whole

Requirements
Essential:
- The candidate should be a native Chinese speaker (reading and writing) with excellent spoken English
- The candidate should have exceptional organizational skills
- The candidate will enjoy variety and be flexible in their ability to take on new tasks
- Ability to produce and translate business correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
Preferred:
- The preferably candidate will preferably have some bookkeeping or accountingexperience or be able to prove that they have carried out basic finance or budgeting work with a high degree of accuracy
- The candidate will have experience in managing third party suppliers and a reputation for excellent people management skills
- The candidate will preferably have a good knowledge of Beijing’s key foreigner-friendly restaurants, bars, shops and major sights
- The candidate will preferably have some experience of working in an international company/context.
- The candidate will be ambitious, keen to learn and not afraid to put in longer hours when necessary
- The candidate will preferably be a sociable person who is passionate about helping others
