We represent American real estate finance and development projects raising investment capital in China. Our decades of market experience have taught us how to structure projects for success in China and we work closely with developers to make sure they are bringing the right opportunities to market. Then we manage and coordinate local fundraising for the projects. To date we have successfully raised over US$200MM for our clients. We’ve accomplished this with a very small team because everyone we work with is outstanding. Now we want to bring on an experienced operations manager in our Beijing office to systematize the processes we’ve had success with and help us expand the business while maintaining the highest standard of client service.
