We are looking for bilingual PR interns to join our ranks to help us with research and preparation of media and social media activities for our growing list of technology clients. An excellent opportunity to get a first-hand experience in a highly active PR agency.
Influence Matters is a young, fast-growing and passionate entrepreneurial public relations firm, focused on helping startups and medium size tech businesses to promote their brand in China and abroad.
Our interns work closely with everybody in the team and learns from them.
1. Work closely with everybody in the team and learns from them.
2. Helping with the research and translation of PR and marketing content (press releases, articles, social media post)
3. Supporting client media relations and events
4. Maintaining and improving our clients’ websites and social media channels.
Position Requirements
Intern candidates for this position will need:
• To be Chinese nationals, with a strong international identity
• An interest in innovation and technology
• Excellent research and analytical skills, able to pick relevant information and summarize efficiently both in Chinese and English
• An addiction to news and social media, especially tech related
• A strong itch to learn and grow with long term commitments
• A strong interest in developing PR and communication skills for various channels
• Technical skills such as web design, graphic design, videography will be a plus
Ideal for: a communication or journalism student with a strong interest in gaining real work experience while developing valuable PR skills.
