Job Description
The Research and Development (R&D) Editor plays an essential role in supporting the International R&D Department goals and development of educational content for children 6 years and below. The R&D Editor typically serves as member of the International R&D Team and is considered a professional level position within the organization. As such, the R&D Editor provides functional, technical, and/or process support. The R&D Editor generally is responsible for creating educational curricula and products as instructed by the International R&D Management as well as performing translation work, research in education, business development related capacities, design work, and special projects. As the job tasks vary based on evolving organization goals, the R&D Editor adapts to new project tasks as instructed by the International R&D Management. In the specific role as R&D Editor, the team member is responsibility for a final editing and review of all written curricula and produce elements released by the department to ensure the highest level of quality and absence of any errors. No written curricula element will be released from the department without the R&D Editors review.
