Eurobakery’s products include European style breads, pastries, Chinese breads, cakes, cookies, sandwiches and wraps. We deliver to international hotels, schools, coffee shop chains and convenient stores.
Located in the Jinma Industrial Zone in Shunyi, Beijing, our production facilities and office are a stone’s throw away from the Beijing Capital International Airport.
Eurobakery is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for further developing the company’s business in Beijing and beyond.
Responsibilities include evaluating the baking market in Beijing and later in China and plan and manage all sales activities China wide. Sell bread and pastry related products produced by Eurobakery, imported baking ingredients, semi baked products & baked products and bakery related equipment. Serve effectively, with a dedicated sales team, the dynamic bakery industry. Identify new market potential and develop new business in Beijing and China wide.
The Sales Manager establishes sales objectives and targets by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories effectively and efficiently. He/She projects expected sales volumes and profits for existing and new products. Furthermore, the Sales Manager maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. The Sales Manager has the ability to coordinate and manage projects and on-the-site jobs, maintains good communication channels and good relationship with our client’s customers and interact effectively with them. The Sales Manager manages and trains staff and new team members and follows company policies and procedures and upholding the company’s brand promise and core values.
Position Requirements
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years strategic sales and management experience in a relevant position, extensive phone contact, account development experience and a proven record of accomplishment in profitable growth. Preferred background in baking production company or relevant industry.
Knowledge/Skills
We are looking for a candidate with efficient sales skills to meet our customers’ needs. Experience with baking products and materials is a pre. In-depth knowledge of product line and processes, market trends and the marketplace. Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve company targets. The Sales Manager should be an excellent decision maker with a passion for sales and should be open minded, and have strong decision-making skills. Ability to coach, motivate, lead and drive a medium-large marketing sales team.
The candidate should be entrepreneurial and hands-on, self-motivated and highly motivated for looking for ways for a big platform to grow. What’s more, the candidate should have the ability to perform under pressure.
