Position Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from American university 
• Past SAT/ACT teaching preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and able to work independently 
• Ability to share success metrics and teach others best practices.
• Self-motivated, energetic, dedicated and passionate about teaching. 

Compensation Package:
• Starting net salary range of 200 – 500 RMB/hours pending qualifications
• Flexible part-time schedule
