Job description: by joining our Purchasing Division you would be assisting in the Development of a large Database for many types of Suppliers throughout Asia-Pacific region. This is one of the most important positions within our company because it underpins all the other Core Services.

Some of the tasks will include:

• Developing the Database of Suppliers in Shanghai and other cities (Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, etc.)
• Carefully study all the possibilities of Purchasing in Shanghai and other cities.
• Quality control of suppliers (backdrops, flyers, business rundowns, namecards, etc.)
• Working together with Visual Division to understand aspects of quality control.
• Going to Events to make sure all the purchases are correct
• Developing a system of classification of Suppliers.

Experience is not required but it is a plus. As long as you are ambitious, diligent and smart enough you will have the chance to prove yourself and gain an incomparable experience and knowledge.
