Over 150 guests turned out to celebrate educational exchange and people-to-people diplomacy.
On February 12, 2014, U.S. Ambassador to China Gary Locke honored Project Pengyou at a major reception at the U.S. Embassy as part of his farewell tour. A full house of program directors and alumni from US-China exchange organizations came out to support the event.
