Thank you to our amazing 2014 interns!

2014 Interns
Team Pengyou would like to extend a HUGE thank you to all of our talented and passionate interns this year!

Since Team Pengyou is so small, we all wear several hats. Our interns are no different, helping out with everything from curating and producing content, managing logistics for events, brainstorming strategy and giving feedback, and designing marketing materials.

All of our interns can attest that between the dynamic, start-up atmosphere; office banter; and the hardest question of the day, “Where should we go for lunch?” there is hardly a dull moment our little hutong office!

Although our helpers only stay for a short time, we consider all of them part of the pengyou family. We were lucky to have five summer interns, Cat, Chris, Connor, Lilach and Morgan and two fall interns, Nate and Victoria to help us organize Pengyou Day and handle its aftermath.

You truly brightened our days and we hope you enjoyed working with us as much as we enjoyed having you here!

Get to know our interns by reading their China stories below:

Cat Crandrall, Hamilton College

Chris Chan, University of California, Santa Barbara

Connor Fairman, University of Pennsylvania

Lilach Brownstein, University of Pennsylvania

Morgan Banaszek, University of Nottingham, Ningbo Graduate student

Nate Levin, University of California, Santa Barbara

Victoria Abaunza, University of California, Santa Barbara

We’ll miss the laughter, creativity, and energy that each of you brought to our team, and we look forward to watching you all go on to greater things.

Stop by when you can and we’ll grab some ice cream from the laoban on the corner and make a night of it at Haidilao and KTV!

Many of our interns came through our partners at the International Internship Program at UPenn, and the University of California Education Abroad Program (UCEAP).

If you’re looking to intern at Golden Bridges, you’re in luck! We accept interns on a rolling basis so positions are available for the spring and summer. Check out the requirements here and take the leap.
