The first annual #Pengyou Day was held on November 20, 2014. In conjunction with the U.S. State Department’s International Education Week, Project Pengyou Campus Chapters and Asia Society Confucius Classrooms across the nation simultaneously launched events and social media campaigns to celebrate US-China study, engagement, and friendship.
