VIDEO CONTEST: Youth Voices on China – Win $20,000 in prizes
Pengyoumen, we know you have amazing stories. And now is your chance to tell them with maximum impact and a chance at winning a $20,000 prize!
The 1990 Institute, a nonprofit working to deepen U.S.-China relations, is hosting an online video contest called Youth Voices on China, calling on Americans with China experience to share their stories in video format.
This Year’s Theme: “What’s China? Why Understanding China Is Important to My Future”
Any U.S. citizen age 13-24 who is currently enrolled in school can submit a video, which must be less than 3 minutes in length and primarily in English, for a chance to win $20,000 in cash and prizes, a trip to San Francisco and, of course, prestige.
The deadline for submissions is January 19, 2015 and January 4 for early bird submissions.
Don’t miss this chance to share your experiences for a great cause—promoting nuanced and balanced understanding between the U.S. and China!
