Project Pengyou intern Yixuan Lim breaks down Chinese characters into basic parts to show how they build meaning.
On June 25, Project Pengyou teamed up with local magazine The Beijinger and other local organizations to host a mixer at Home Plate BBQ in Sanlitun that brought together representatives from language schools and programs around Beijing. It concluded a month-long campaign to promote Mandarin study by various local organizations.

This June, for the second time since the launch of the Project Pengyou Chapter Network in March 2014, Project Pengyou Chapter Leaders from across the United States gathered at the University of Maryland to celebrate and learn from each other.
