Event Details
On July 13th, the Brookings- Tsinghua Center for Public Policy and Globus of Caixin Media will co- host an event on “China- U.S.- Russia: Trilateral relationship and strategy on nuclear arms control”. A panel of experts from both China and the U.S. will share their insights on the topic.
Tensions have rapidly escalated on Korean Peninsula and beyond, following North Korea’s advancing nuclear and missile programs. Will China, the United States, and Russia find common ground on North Korea? What are the possible channels for cooperation through multilateral efforts to reduce the risks of nuclear proliferation? What are the measures that will enable effective nuclear arms control on an international scale? Will those measures influence the prospect of China-U.S.-Russia relations?
