Colors for Nepal is an improvisational fundraising event featuring performances from many well-known community based artists from Beijng and the international community.

Entry: By donation, Minimum 100RMB
Confirmed artists include: Sound sculpture workstation, Lunatic moires-tribal dance tribe, Chris Hawke and Randy Abel, 红杏 and 在在. All artists will play in the theater and on the roof.

In addition, there is the opportunity to contribute your thoughts regarding your sentiment on the tragedy in a spoken word format, simply titled, ‘Letters to Nepal’. We would also arrange a letter-reading session in the program. Please email it to color-nepal@outlook.com.
All money will be donated to a local NGO who is currently doing earthquake relief in Nepal: Color Nepal. Color Nepal (CNEP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered under the societies registration act of 1977. It was established in 2006 with a view to facilitate research in the field of literature, art and culture, aiming to contribute to the literary progress in Nepal. It works with local and international specialists on specific issues of concern within the literary field, producing conferences and workshops for the sharing of experiences on writings. Established during the time of national crisis (CNEP) aims to create a forum in which literary, art and cultural issues related to the humanities can be researched, debated and understood. On doing so it aims to develop a stronger youth initiative in Nepalese art, literature and culture. It also aims to build the reading culture within Nepal.
