Do you have a five-year China plan? China plans five years ahead, providing a road map that foreign companies and investors can follow when mapping out their own long term China plan. With China’s 13th Five-Year Plan expected to approved in Spring 2016, leading China expert Cheng Li will look at China’s development priorities for the next five years. In addition to his position as Director of Brookings’ Thornton China Center, Dr. Li is also a director of the National Committee on US-China Relations, a member of the Academic Advisory Team of the Congressional US-China Working Group, and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
