The TCM pharmacoepeia ranges from common pantry staples such as cinnamon and garlic to lesser know herbs like chai hu (bupleurum) or huang qi (astragalus). These herbal medicines are part of a larger holistic system of Traditional Chinese Medicine healthcare.
