Event Details
Model Foundation brings together university students to engage in intelligent, charitable giving through directly experiencing the grant-making process of a foundation. Acting as Grant Committee Officers, students will learn how to evaluate China-based NGOs with youth development initiatives and make strategic decisions on how to distribute a PIM fund of 20,000 USD to organizations that they deem to be innovative and impactful. While contributing their time, resources, and ideas to NGOs, students have opportunities to further their personal and professional development through subsequent internships and service projects.
