Timeline: 

• We want this position to be filled by 1-5th of December so they have enough training to manage things over the Christmas period (we have other team members who will be away from the 20th December).

We are looking for someone to manage / lead our student recruitment.

Primarily they should be good at sales, speaking to people, hard working

The role is to contact all the students who are coming through our platform and help them to enroll

They should be very driven, can work independently

They will need to do a lot of the contacting students themselves and not afraid of getting their hands dirty in the details of each student

They need to be able to manage things themselves

And also be very technology focused – able to understand and use technology

As we grow we are automating the platform so it is easier for students to apply automatically. In the future they can give online webinars to students, tailor emails to each student

It would be great if they have ideas on how to manage and improve efficiency of how we are doing things

The role is always changing and they should be adaptable

They can get commissions on sales they generate

There is potential for them to manage the student recruitment side of our business in the future, which can be to manage the team, help with automation, and manage international partnerships with global agents
