Now in its second year,the Flourish Project operates in thrity governement schools, giving middle and high school students the opportunity to work on range of skills, including research, presentations, academic writing, debate and theater. After each workshop, our educators sit with English-teachers from the shcool to discuss the class and work together to improve teaching.

Now in its second year,the Flourish Project operates in thrity governement schools, giving middle and high school students the opportunity to work on range of skills, including research, presentations, academic writing, debate and theater. After each workshop, our educators sit with English-teachers from the shcool to discuss the class and work together to improve teaching.
We need extremely energetic and passionate teachers who have the ability to motivate and inspire Chinese students. For many students, this will be the first foreign teacher they ever had, and teachers should be postive ambassadors for supportive interesting and dynamic international education. Teachers will need to be able to manage a group of twenty-five students, questions and encourage effectively and ot only follow the provided materials but develop interesting activities or discussions based on the students’ response.
Over the past year, we had incedible teachers who have gone after ther programe win a Fullbright Scholarship, teach in an international school, take an appointment as a director of studies, succesfully apply for an MA in public policy in Georgetown University, sail for two months to Alaska and found in a social entreprenurship organisation in Beijing. We want the exceptional.
Location : Dongcheng District, Central Beijing
Hours : Mon 9-5, Tues-Fri 1-5 (24Hours total)
Contract 10-12 months
Salary : 14,0000 per month
Official Requirements : Teaching qualifications; two years teaching experience, passport from a native-english speaking countrey (governmner requirement)
Preferred : A degree fom a top univeristy; an education related;teaching certfication, teacher-training experience; curriculum design experience
Visa : Z Visa and foreign experts certificate provided.
