Destination Partners, a leading travel management company specializing in short term, faculty led programs and special interest group travel, is looking for an Account Executive to join our successful company.

Job Description

The Account Executive works closely with the management team, our partner offices abroad and our institutional clients to plan, manage and execute high-value group travel programs around the world. Our growing team of Account Executives come from the academic, corporate and non-profit world and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where value is placed on innovation, creativity and initiative.

The broad range of tasks, multiple files and varied points of contacts the position entails require a distinct set of technical skills and personal characteristics. On the technical side, the successful candidate will possess exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, mastery of key programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, knowledge of or experience in travel or the industry.

In terms of characteristics, the candidate will have outstanding organizational skills, high level of motivation, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, have an excellent attitude and desire to grow, demonstrate creativity and the ability to recognize and capitalize on opportunities.

The position is based at our home office in Naples, Florida, but for the right person a virtual office position is possible.
