The Tourism content team will be responsible for translating, localizing, creating, editing and sourcing new content for tourism accounts. Content will be sourced from a variety of sources, it will be localized by our team and supported by top tourism bloggers and writers from the USA and in China.
Account Manager – Tourism Partnerships
Job Description
- Responsible for all partnerships through tourism in social media, web media, and sub site opportunities
- Understand completely all tourism partnership packages (Subsite and media) and develop an in-depth understanding of how a DMO or brand can obtain value through the tourism platforms
- Create and develop a strategic media and content plan for all partner on-boarding
- Work with the content and media teams to fulfill obligations from partner packages
- Oversee execution of all SOWs that need to be serviced through the GoUSA platforms
- Liase and manage all tourism partner clients through email and when required through meetings
- Work closely with the tech team and the account director to create potential new features to service partners through tourism
- Directly responsible for all numbers associated with content and pages on the tourism partner packages
- Prepare and fill in all required reports including monthly and quarterly reports for content and partner packages
- Fill-in where needed to maintain efficiency in all tourism accounts
- Identify areas of improvement (Project management or processes)
- Stay up to trend with marketing trends, development, and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience (Account Management Experience a plus)
- Ability to understand complex programs
- Must be willing to have flexible schedules
- Excellent organization, planning, and people skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and in Chinese a plus
- Travel or tourism field knowledge a plus
