Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for assisting of overall operation and reporting of Accounting Department In Tesla HK
- To be in charge of all areas connecting to fiscal coverage.
- To be accountable for applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
- Address rigid cut-off dates and a large number of accounting behaviors including universal ledger groundwork, financial treatment and the support of financial plan and activities.
- Constantly contacts all level of employees for day-to-day work and gathers or provides information. Regularly contacts Secretariat Company, Bankers, Tax Agents, Lawyers, External Auditors, suppliers & government agencies.
- Continually enhance internal control, improvement of system efficiency and reliability of reporting is the key responsibility.
- To support group accounting consolidation on Tesla HK and its subsidiaries in China
- To coordinate ERP system implementation & Upgrade.
- Handle payroll
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years of professional accounting experience.
- Knowledge of finance, full sets of accounting, budgeting/forecast, good sense on internal control principles.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
- Prior experience in preparing financial forecast, consolidated accounts and credit management is preferred.
- Skilled in performing detailed and complex numerical computations and reports.
- Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Knowledge and skill in supervisory practices and principles.◦
- Have good communication skills and being able to work with all levels of staff is an important criteria
- Have a positive work attitude.
- Proficient with MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and other applications.
- A good team player who is also pro-active, meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with a large ERP system. SAP experience a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
