Job Description
Internship Introduction
Period: 2-6 Months
Location: Shanghai
Department: Asia Briefing Design Department
Graphic Design Internship Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the layout, design, update and print of Asia Briefing monthly business magazines
2. Responsible for the layout, design and update of the following Dezan Shira & Associates publications: yearly business guides and books, technical business insights and reports.
3. Responsible for the layout, design and update of Dezan Shira & Associate and Asia Briefing website, promotions, events, social media
4. Coordinate with marketing department on events and promotional material
5. Coordinate with international business department on global client projects.
Position Requirements
1. Design undergraduate students (art, advertising, visual communication, etc.)
2. Can commit to a minimum of 2 months internship time, work at least three days per week; flexible based on candidate requirements
3. Passionate about graphic design and professional digital layout of magazines and books,
4. Familiar with Adobe design software, especially in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
5. English writing and speaking is preferred;
6. Understand the latest design trends and how to apply them to business
7. Quick learner with team spirit and a sense of responsibility
