Initially a solo practice, SMS Law Firm is now a boutique law firm with four partners leading a strong legal team with multiple attorneys and extensive legal experience in Immigration law with a niche in the EB-5 industry in addition to several, related fields of law to address our client’s particular needs including: business law and formation, tax law, immigration law, family law and estate planning.

Our firm is based in both San Diego and Shanghai. As our firm is expanding rapidly, new talents are wanted for Shanghai office.

Job title: Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Translate legal documents. 
2. Assist in administrative tasks and case processing tasks.

Position Requirements

We are looking for somebody who is:
1. Bilingual – Chinese and English. 
2. Hungry & Dependable. We are growing fast and we need somebody who can hit the ground running and work hard. We don’t need a ton of experience, we just need someone who can learn and adapt quickly. 
3. Plays nice with others. We are a dynamic, teamwork oriented company distributed in both China and the United States.
4. Detail Oriented. Our firm offers the highest level of professional service to our clients, and it is important to convey that in all aspects of our business, from the very first point of contact all the way through the end of our engagement. An attention to detail is required to ensure that this level of quality is achieved throughout each cycle. 
5. Overseas education services’ industry background is preferred

1. Salary range between 5000 and 10000 RMB depending on experience.
