Assistant Program advisor The program advisor’s main purpose of this position is to manage inquiries from prospective students. Specifically, you will be responsible for the conversion of inquiries to enrollments, with programs potentially starting quarterly. You will maximize opportunities to make contact with potential students, and to effectively “sell the opportunity”, driving enrollment. You will work with prospective students’ right through the enrolment process, and your performance will be partially judged on student retention. You will systematically and actively engage inquiries to ensure your interview and enrollment targets are met.
Specific Duties:
1. You will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective students and their families to advise on internship programs as they relate to the prospect’s career goals.
2. An essential duty of this position is accurate inquiry tracking, from initial contact through all subsequent follow-up communications, and pro-active participation in systematic follow-up routines with all inquiries.
3. This position provides weekly reports on program advising results, such as a breakdown of inquiries by program areas, conversion rates, and other data as required by marketing or management.
4. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing department, providing essential feedback and evaluations of Centre marketing efforts, and cooperates in adapting procedures to ensure the Centre enrolls and maintains a student population that meets or exceeds targets.

Demonstrated skill in consultative sales Excellent communication skills, ability to listen Ability to establish trust and rapport with prospects Computer literate Good organizational skills

Must be accountable, reliable and able to work independently
Must be curious, committed to life-long learning, enthusiastic, optimistic and have a sense of humour.
Must fluent in English(Speaking/Write)
