Boutique marketing agency Marketing Artist, based in BJ, is looking for an assistant project manager/intern for a couple of high profile clients (Thai Airways and the Thai Embassy). Work location is in Sanlitun, candidates must have FLUENT English and Chinese, good communication skills and organisational skills. This is a 6 week project (until end of August) with the option to extent their employment if the candidate is capable. Visa support is provided and salary is 5-6k for the first month, negotiable after the initial month long probationary period. Will be assisting project manager and CEO on these 2 clients/events, with the opportunity to learn from experienced team members

Marketing Artist is a Beijing-based international marketing consultancy, which provides digital and traditional advertising and media and marketing services to national and multinational clients, such as high profile clients and government organizations such as the Thai Embassy and Thai Airways.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily admin such as take meeting minutes,
2. Review and edit marketing proposals and documents,
3. Liaise with vendors, etc to coordinate things for big events
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO
Position Requirements:
1. Experience in doing 1 – 2 internships
2. Familiar with marketing and event tasks.
3. Native English Level with HSK 4 Chinese.
4. Able to work 6 weeks until end of August.
5. Someone neat, organized, and detail oriented.
6. Good Communication skills and able to work in a team
6. Comfortable in working in a small team of less than 10 people.
Extra Note:
– This position offers the chance to continue after the 6 weeks if candidate performs well during the internship.
– Salary is 5-6k/month
– Needs to be able to start immediately
