We are looking for a Production Manager (PM) to work out of our Beijing office. The PM will be in charge of overseeing the sourcing, production, and quality control of the sweetest ultimate gear around! The PM will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure that all Five products are made to standard and delivered on time. Other responsibilities include working with ultimate teams and tournaments in Asia to design and produce customized gear and uniforms, as well as collaborating with the Seattle office to develop new Five Ultimate products. Strong candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, motivated, positive, and problem solvers. Prior experience in materials sourcing or production is helpful, but not necessary. The position will require solid analytical thinking skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese. The position is a full-time, 40hrs/wk position. Pay is salaried. Hours are generally 9am-6pm, but candidates must be flexible to accommodate schedules for factory visits, to troubleshoot problems during critical times, or to interface with the Seattle office via phone or video chat.

·       Able to remain calm and collected in the face of challenges.

·       Proficient in Excel, Google products (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

·       Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus.

Start date is May 2017. The position will have a 2 month trial period at full wages. One year contract following completion of trial period.
