Imagine is a British company in Beijing, specialising in outdoor sports activities. As part of a truly international team, you will begin the internship by learning about customer service and how we arrange our activities. After a week of training, you will hold a cutomer service phone and WeChat account at weekends, and work on three weekdays. Soon you will be given your first project, to organise an activity, with supervision. 

As you learn more you will be given more projects, until you become part of the project management team. Customer service will remain a large and important part of the job, comminicating by WeChat, phone and email, in English and Chinese. 

Requirements:

• Outgoing, positive, warm and energetic personality 
• Fluent English 
• Comitment to stay in Beijing for at least a year
• Good common sense and problem-solving skills 
• Living in the North-East of Beijing (office is near 崔各庄 subway)

Trial Period/Internship:

Month 1: 3000rmb

Month 2: 4000rmb

Month 3: 5000rmb

Job:

Month 4-6: 6000rmb 

Month 7-12: Payrise, according to performance.
