Description

New York Film Academy (Los Angeles Campus) is seeking a seasonal Bilingual Chinese Interpreter for Chinese students taking filmmaking classes. Provide accurate, clear, and speedy in-person interpreting services with complete fidelity to the spirit of the original communication in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide on-campus interpretation services to Chinese Students
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese
Experience working with English Language Learners
Assist Students in translation to have them succeed academically
Passion for helping students learn and succeed

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and the target language.
Must be fluent (read, write and speak) both English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of Film and Cameras preferred
Authorized to work in USA.
