Job Responsibilities:

Provide support and advice to the head of business for daily operational tasks

Assure smooth relations between foreign staff and contractors.

Attend regular departmental meetings, staff meetings, contract services meetings

Study management methods in order to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, and implement cost reductions, enhance overall efficiency of the business

Tasks which require good English to complete, as well as liaising with international clients, partners, stakeholders.

If the candidate has a good level of Chinese, translation tasks may also be performed.

Native English Speaker or near native English speaker

At least conversational Chinese

Relevant working experience in a similar role or industry

Ability to build good strong relationships with other team members 

Ability to express her/his view on related work openly

College degree required

Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibility

Good computer skills‐including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and email

Ability to handle multiple task simultaneously

Professional presentable appearance
